Meet Your Capital Area Lead Team
Following the appointment of Pastor Al Soto as Capital Area Pastor, it was placed on his heart to lead ministry through a team approach. The Capital Area Lead Team is made up of dedicated men and women who share a passion for serving God, supporting chaplains and ministries, and advancing the Kingdom throughout our region.
This team has prayerfully sought God's direction in planning and coordinating events throughout the year. They also serve as a source of encouragement, prayer, wisdom, and practical support for our chaplains, ministry partners, and the communities we serve.
Together, they are committed to fostering unity, building relationships, and creating opportunities for ministry that impact lives for Christ. We are grateful for their servant hearts and faithful leadership as they work together to strengthen and expand the ministry of the Capital Area.
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor." – Ecclesiastes 4:9
We invite you to get to know the members of our Capital Area Lead Team and join us in praying for them as they serve our chaplains, ministries, and communities.

Don & Christa Proctor Directors
We are real friends who pastor the city together week in and week out. We actually know each other and support each other. CPF is not about what happens at the quarterly luncheons. It’s always been about what happens in between
— one on one and side by side.
In 2008, three local pastors from different churches thought it would be very good to build off of what others had worked toward, in various ways, for many years. Each of these pastors had about 5-6 really good lead pastor friends whom they invited (along with many other lead pastors they didn’t yet know) to break bread together. About 20 lead pastors showed up at the first quarterly luncheon to do nothing more than break bread together, become better acquainted, and spend a few minutes praying for one another in very small groups.
Gradually, the friendships have not only grown deeper, but also much wider.
The spiritual climate is one of celebration for one another, not competition. New lead pastors are welcomed into the region with open arms and tangible expressions of support from established churches and ministries.
We are one church with many life-giving congregations. CityPastors.net

Since 2002, Decision Point has equipped Christian students as teen evangelists to reach their peers and classmates for Christ. For over 20 years we have seen young people give their lives to Christ through on-campus, student-led outreach events. The best part? These students now have the confidence to be evangelists for years to come. We've seen lives changed and campuses transformed as this movement reaches students at high schools and middle schools, in big cities and small towns, across the nation and around the world.
Who is Decision Point? It could be you. Students are leading the way! Churches, staff, Christian adults, parents, and teachers also play a huge role! Adults who want to see a remnant of young leaders witness for Christ come alongside to pray, support, equip and financially send students into the mission field. DecisionPoint.org
