New Hope Fellowship of Shingle Springs ("New Hope," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through newhopess.com (the "Site"), how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us
Like most websites, the Site collects basic technical information, such as browser and device type, pages visited and approximate location based on IP address. This comes through cookies and similar tools used by our website platform and Google Analytics. Embedded YouTube videos and social media links may set their own cookies under those companies' policies.
How we use your information
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it. Parents and guardians provide information for New Hope Kids directly to our children's ministry. We do not post children's full names online.
Cookies and Do Not Track
You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though parts of the Site may not work properly as a result. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. Online gifts are handled over encrypted connections by a payment provider that meets payment card industry security standards. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Giving records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
